As part of the initial contact, we will:

• Gather your insurance information to verify your benefits and determine your coverage for therapy services.
• If you do not have insurance or prefer not to use it, we are happy to discuss private pay options and work with you to find a plan that fits your needs.

Once insurance is verified or payment arrangements are confirmed, we will:

1. Match you with a clinician based on your preferences, availability, and clinical needs.
2. Schedule your initial appointment.
3. Provide any forms or documents needed before your first session.
