Perspectives Counseling, LLC is a thriving private practice located in Midlothian, VA. Perspectives Counseling is now hiring part-time and full-time Independent Contractors who are Virginia Residents In Counseling, Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide high-quality care to clients. The ideal candidate will be willing to work with a mix of presenting problems in children, adolescents, and adults. Independent Contractor positions are for in-person and telehealth positions. Salary:

·        Independent Contractor pay rates are based on experience.

Qualifications/Education:

·        Master’s (Required)

·        Active and unrestricted professional licensure as a Resident in Counseling, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW (Required)

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality mental health sessions to adults, children, adolescents, and couples with a range of presenting problems and diagnoses.
• Collect intake paperwork, conduct intakes, assessments, and treatment plans.
• Work autonomously 
• Complete paperwork and case notes in a timely manner. 
• Create and maintain your schedule 
• Learn and utilize the EHR system.
